The BE@RBRICK Benjamin Grant – Lisse is part of a special collaboration between Medicom Toy and Benjamin Grant , founder of the well-known Overview Project . In this project, impressive satellite images of our planet are transformed into art – with the aim of providing a new perspective on scale, nature and human influence.

The “Lisse” edition shows an aerial view of the famous tulip fields in Lisse, the Netherlands – a place where nature and human order meet perfectly. The colorful, clearly defined flower strips form a graphic pattern that looks almost surreal when applied to the BE@RBRICK silhouette. Rich colors such as hot pink, deep red, orange, yellow and purple alternate in a harmonious, almost abstract whole.

This 100% & 400% set is an artistic tribute to Dutch floriculture, aerial photography and the ability of design to literally tilt your gaze from above.
